Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management, and we give a full refund for the video greeting card you purchased if the following problems occurred:

1. When our product(s) do not work on your recipient's computer properly
2. When you were charged twice for the same transaction.
3. When you accidentally purchased a product you didn't intend to buy.
4. For non-delivery of the product: due to unforeseen circumstances your recipient did not receive the greeting card ordered.
5. If you have a problem or concern not addressed here, we will give full consideration based on your explanation.

If you would like to receive a refund, you must make a request within 7 days from date of purchase and you must include all of the following information to allow us to identify your purchase.

1. Your Name as listed on your credit card and your Stripteasecards member account.
2. Your email address.
3. Your order confirmation number
4. Order Date
5. Your user name
6. The complete reason for your refund request.

Our support team will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow 24 to 48 hours for our response. We very much value you as a customer and will make every reasonable effort to satisfy and to retain you as one of our valued Striptease Members.
